双水平气道正压通气治疗呼吸衰竭38 例护理体会

目的总结双水平气道正压(BiPAP)通气治疗呼吸衰竭的护理。方法通过对38例应用BiPAP通气治疗患者的临床观察与护理,结合对通气前后动脉血气、呼吸频率(RR)、心率(HR)的对比进行分析。结果37例患者配合良好,达到满意的临床效果。1例患者血气分析无改善改行有创通气。结论双水平正压通气是治疗呼吸衰竭的一种安全有效的方法。护理的重点是建立良好的沟通、进行有效的床旁监护及相关并发症的防治。

Nursing experiences of 38 cases of nasal Bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation treatment on respiratory failure

Objective To summarize the nurse effect of Bi-level positive airway pressure (BiPAP) ventilation on the treatment of patients with respiratory failure.Methods Totally 38 cases with respiratory failure were included. The changes of the blood gas analysis, Respiratory rate (RR) and the Heart rate (HR) were observed and analyzed before and after the application of the noninvasive BiPAP ventilation.Results In 38 cases, 37 cases were improved after the noninvasive BiPAP ventilation. The rest 1 case had been deteriorated and applied with the invasive ventilation.Conclusion The application of the BiPAP ventilation can be a effective method in treatment of patients with respiratory failure. The key of nursing is to have a good communication with the patients and give them a valid intensive bedside monitoring , preventing and curing some related syndromes.
