椎管内神经鞘瘤的MRI分析

摘    要:目的 探讨椎管内神经鞘瘤的MRI诊断。方法 回顾性分析17例经手术病理证实的椎管内神经鞘瘤病人的MRI资料,分析其特点。结果 椎管内神经鞘瘤T1WI为等或(和)低信号,T2WI多表现长T2及更长T2混杂信号,可伴有完整或不完整的包膜,增强扫描明显不均匀强化或环形强化。结论 MRI是椎管内神经鞘瘤的最好的影像学诊断方法,椎管内神经鞘瘤的部位、形态、T2WI信号及增强后的表现有一定特征,对多数肿瘤可作出准确定性诊断。

Abstract:Objective To study magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the diagnosis of intraspinal neurilemmoma. Methods Seventeen patients with intraspinal neurilemmoma confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results Signals of the tumors were all isometric and/or low on T1WI, isometric and more of T2 on T2WI with intact or imperfect amicula. All tumors showed obvious heterogeneous or verge enhancement. Conclusion MRI is the best method in diagnosing the intraspinal neurilemmoma, which can well manifest its location, configuration, T2WI signal and the characteristics after enhancement.
