VEGF、PCNA和MRP在胃癌组织中的表达及意义

目的探讨VEGF、PCNA和MRP在胃癌组织中的表达与预后以及相关性。方法采用S-P免疫组化法检测64例胃癌组织和34例癌旁组织中VEGF、PCNA和MRP的表达水平。结果64例胃癌组织中VEGF表达与癌旁组织相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,与临床分期、淋巴结转移、肿瘤大小、浸润深度及生存、年龄明显相关（P〈0.05）。PCNA在胃癌组织中表达与癌旁组织比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、大小、病理分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移、临床分期和生存无关（P〉0.05）。MRP在胃癌组织中表达与癌旁组织相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、大小、淋巴结转移、浸润深度、病理分化程度、临床分期和生存无关（P〉0.05）。VEGF、PCNA和MRP在胃癌中表达无相关性。结论VEGF、PCNA、MRP在胃癌组织中呈高表达;VEGF表达与胃癌侵袭转移能力和预后密切相关。

The significance of expression of VEGF, PCNA and MRP in patients with gastric carcinoma

Objective To explore the expression of VEGF,PCNA and MRP in patients with gastric carcinoma and the relationship between above parameters,the prognosis and correlation.Methods The expression of VEGF,PCNA and MRP were detected in 64 cases with gastric carcinoma,34 cases adjacent tissue to cancer as control by S-P immunohistochemical method.Results Expression positive rate of VEGF in 64 cases with gastric carcinoma was significant difference （P0.05） compared with 34 cases adjacent tissue to cancer.There was significant correlation with clinical stage,lymph node metastasis,tumor size,depth infiltration and survival （P0.05）.There was positive correlation between the expression of VEGF and age （P0.05）.Comparing with the adjacent tissue to cancer in 34 cases,the positive expression rate of PCNA in 64 cases with gastric carcinoma was significant difference （P0.05）.There was no significant difference between the expression positive rate of PCNA and patients＇ sex,age,tumor location,tumor size,histological differentiation,depth infiltration,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage and survival （P0.05）.Comparing with the adjacent tissue to cancer in 34 cases,the expression positive rate of MRP in 64 cases with gastric carcinoma was significant difference （P0.05）.There was no significant difference between the positive expression of MRP and above parameters and the survival （P0.05）.There was no correlation with VEGF,PCNA and MRP by spearman＇s analysis.Conclusion There is an unusual expression phenomenon of VEGF,PCNA and MRP in gastric carcinoma.And the expression of VEGF has closely relationship with the invasion,metastasis and prognosis.
