| 摘 要： | 目的探讨实时三维彩色超声心动图(RT-3DCE)定量评价二尖瓣偏心反流的可行性。方法应用实时三维彩色超声心动图和二维超声心动图(2DE)测量10例二尖瓣偏心反流患者的二尖瓣偏心反流容积、左心房容积及二者比值,评价二尖瓣偏心反流的程度。结果10例患者均获得满意的RT-3DCE和2DE图像,前者具有明显优越性;RT-3DCE的左心房体积测值明显高于2DE,RT-3DCE与2DE的反流束体积测值间具有较好的一致性和相关性。结论RT-3DCE评价二尖瓣偏心反流束体积是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To verify the feasibility of real-time three dimensional color echocardiography (RT-3DCE) in assessing eccentric mitral regurgitation (EMR).Methods RT-3DCE and 2DE were applied on 10 patients with EMR and got regurgitation volume, left atrial volume and their ratio to evaluate the degree of EMR.Results RT-3DCE and 2DE obtained satisfactory view of EMR in 10 patients and RT-3DCE was more advanced. RT-3DCE was superior to 2DE in left atrial volume, and there were good consistency and correlation between RT-3DCE and 2DE in EMR volume.Conclusion RT-3DCE was feasible in assessing EMR. |
