| 摘 要： | 对３１例智力低下儿童进行事件相关电位（ＥＲＰ）和智商（ＩＱ）对照研究，并与正常儿童进行比较，发现Ｐ３波之潜伏期（ＰＬ）与ＩＱ的高低有显著的相关性，靶刺激时智力低下儿童组Ｐ２、Ｐ３波波幅较正常儿童组低。提示ＥＲＰ测定是评价智力低下儿童认知功能较为灵敏的一种客观指标。

A study of ERP in children with amentia |

| Abstract: | A contrastion study between event related potential (ERP) and intelligence quotient (IQ) was studied in 31 children with amentia and normal children The result showed that the potential latency (PL) of P 3 waves was significantly correlated with the score of IQ On target stimulation,the amplitudes of P 2 and P 3 waves in amentia was lower than that in normal group,suggesting that the determination of ERP was a rather sensitive objective index in estinating the cognition function in children with amentia |
