捏脊疗法减轻新生儿高胆红素血症光疗中消化道副作用的效果观察

目的探讨捏脊疗法对减轻新生儿高胆红素血症光疗中消化道副作用的效果。方法188例新生儿高胆红素血症患儿随机分为观察组94例和对照组94例,2组在同时接受常规的药物治疗(鲁米那、白蛋白、纠酸)及光疗的基础上,辅以观察组捏脊疗法,观察患儿的消化道症状和体征,如腹泻、腹胀、呕吐、食欲减退等。结果通过观察发现,观察组的腹泻、腹胀、呕吐、食欲减退等的发生率明显低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论捏脊疗法能增进消化和吸收作用,减轻新生儿高胆红素血症光疗中消化道副作用。

Observation on curative effect of pinching massage on reducing gastrointestinal side effects for patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinaemia under phototherapy

Objective To explore the effect of pinching massage on reducing the side effects of gastrointestinal tract for patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinaemia under phototherapy. Methods 188 cases with neonatal hyperbilirubinaemia were equally divided into 2 groups at random. Group A (n=94) and group B (n=94) were given regular medicated treatment (phenobarbital (Luminal), albumin and adjustment of acid) and phototherapy. Group A was additionally applied with pinching massage. Then the gastrointestinal symptoms and signs such as diarrhea, abdominal distension, vomiting and appetite were observed. Results The gastrointestinal symptoms and signs in Group A were remarkably lower than those in Group B, showing a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Pinching massage can promote digestive and absorbable function, and can reduce the gastrointestinal side effects for patients with neonatal hyperbilirubinaemia under phototherapy.
