核素骨显像在骨转移瘤中的实用价值（附100例分析）

对１００例骨转移瘤进行了分析，阳性率６３．７％，以胸部受累最多。讨论了其它方法报告不同的原因是检查时机、灵敏度、范围和方法不同所致。核素骨显像灵敏度高，检查范围大，是早期寻找骨转移、划分病期、引导病理活检和判断疗效的理想方法。随着（１５３）钐的应用，给骨转移瘤的治疗开辟了一个新途径。确认核素骨显像对转移性骨肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗均有较大的临床价值。

PRACTICAL VALUE OF RADIONUCLIDE BONE IMAGING IN THE SKELETAL METASTASES

Radionuclide bone imaging of 100 patients with skeletal metastases were analysed and the positive rate was 63.7%.There was significant difference in different sites of skeletal metastases,for instance,thorax,spine,pelvis in order of incidence.Itdiscussed that the reason which is different from the other methods is caused by examinatorial time,sensitivity,defferent sites and methods.The imagig has good sensitivity,wide examinatorial limits and is an ideal method in early detected foci,determined stage,guided pathologic biopsy and evaluated curative effect.On account of Sm-153 application,the imaging supplies a mew road for treatment of skeletal metastases.The result shows that it has important clinical value in early diagnosis and treatment of the skeletal metastases.
