摘    要:建立小鼠日本血吸虫肝虫卵肉芽肿模型和自然感染模型,发现早期肝脏出现,片状或灶性凝固性坏死,后期发生纤维组织增生。提示肝组织凝固性坏死诱发肝纤维化,与虫卵肉芽肿引起的纤维化协同作用可能是血吸虫性肝硬化的又一发生机理。

Abstract:Experimental models of hepatic Schistosoma japonicum egg granuloma and mice infected with cercarie of Schistosoma japonicum in abdominal skin were established in this study. The massive and focal coagulation necrosis of liver was found in early stage and proliferation of fibrous tissue was developed in late stage. The results suggest that the coagulation necrosis of liver tissue induce hepatic fibrosis. The coordinative effect of hepatic fibrosis induced by coagulation necrosis and by egg granuloma might be another pathogenesis of cirrhosis caused by Schistosoma japonicum.
