重型肝炎血清总胆汁酸的临床意义

目的探讨重型肝炎患者血清总胆汁酸（TBA）的临床意义。方法测定慢性重型肝炎患者治疗前后的TBA水平，并与健康对照组对比，分析TbiL、PT相关性。结果重型肝炎血清胆汁酸水平显著高于对照组，与PT呈正相关，且随着胆红素上升而上升，但在疾病终末期时随着胆红素继续上升，TBA反而下降。结论血清TBA水平是反映肝损害程度的敏感指标，对了解慢性重型肝炎的病情及判断预后有重要意义。

The Clinical Significance of Detecting Serum Total Bile Acids in Patients with Severe Hepatitis

Objective To understand the clin ic al significance of detecting the serum total bile acid (TBA) in severe hepatitis patients.Methods The level of serum total bile acids was detected in chronic severe hepatitis patients before and after treatment ,and compared with contro l group (healthy persons) ,analyzed the relationship of Tbil and PT.Result The level of serum total bile acids in severe hepatitis group was significantly hi gher than that in control group ,and the serum total bile acids level in severe hepatitis patitents showed negative correlation with PT and rised along with th e level of total bilirubin,whereas it decreased constrasted to the continuous e levation of SB when the disease developed to end-stage.Conclusions The level of serum total bile acids is a alive index that reflects live damage ,and is important in realizing the state and pronosis of the patients with severe hepati tis B.
