| 摘 要： | 目的探讨再次胆道手术中胆道出血的处理方法。方法回顾性分析我院2001年1月～2006年12月收治的8例再次胆道手术中胆道出血病例的临床资料。结果本组8例均成功止血。所有病人均存活，随访3月～5年无再出血发生。结论再次胆道手术中胆道出血的处理方法应根据其具体的出血原因及部位采取有针对性的处理方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the methods for diagnosis and treatment of hemobilia during bilie duct reoperations.Methods The clinical data of 8 patients with hemobilia during bilie duct reoperations from January 2001 to December 2006 in our hospita1 were analyzed retrospectively.Results Hemostasis in all 8 patients was successful.All patients were alive and followed up for 3 months to 5 years without rebleeding.Conclusion The reasonable treatment of hemobilia during biliary duct reoperations should be based on the concrete bleeding etiologies and sites. |
