人脑海马皮质毛细血管比容积

摘    要:测量毛细血管密度,并不能正确反映组织的血管容量分布,文内采用作者在Elias毛细血管体积密度概念的基础上,勘察的一种单位体积组织中毛细血管容积(比容积)测量法。采用30例(60侧)6个月胎儿至6岁儿童新鲜尸体大脑,用碱性磷酸酶(AKP)染色,在光镜下观察毛细血管分布,显微放大照相,自动彩扩机扩印照片,游标卡尺测量并计算海马皮质毛细血管“比容积”,结果表明,四个年龄组的左右侧毛细血管比容积,均无明显

Abstract:Measurement of the intensity of capillary cannot correctly reflect the distribution of blood capacity in the tissues. In this aticle, we studied "ratio of volume" of the capillary, total volume of all capillary in unit volume of the tissue based on Elias concept of "cubic density" of the capillary. Thirty cases (60 sides) of the hippocampus cortex in the cerebrum of human fresh copses from fetus (6 months) to children (old 6 years) were stained by AKP, and then observed and taken enlarged pictures were taken under microscope. All cpillaries on these photoes were measured by vernier caliper and "ratio of volume" of the capillary were calculated by new method. Results showed there were no marked distinction (P>0. 05) bewteen left and right side. One out of fieds in the hippocampus cortex had marked distinction (0. 01CA2 and CA3>CA4 and dentate gyrus. One out of three leyers of all fields in the hippocampus cortex had marked distinction (0. 01 stratum molecule>stratum pyramidal cell of stratum granule. Thickness and "ratio of volume" of the capillary of the hippocampus cortex increased as age increased.
