| 摘 要： | 比较传统的唾液酸酶测定法和改良的甲酚蓝唾液酸酶法对于细菌性阴道病的诊断价值。随机抽取妇科门诊37例病人标本,利用Nugent评分法进行确诊,使用经典的唾液酸酶测定法和改良的甲酚蓝唾液酸酶法进行检测,检测结果与Nugent评分法进行统计分析。37例患者中5例被诊断为细菌性阴道病,甲酚蓝唾液酸酶法的特异性、准确度、正确诊断指数高于传统唾液酸酶测定法,甲酚蓝唾液酸酶法的假阳性率低于传统唾液酸酶测定法。甲酚蓝唾液酸酶法操作快速、简便,结果容易判读,假阳性率低,准确度、灵敏度、特异性均符合临床要求,值得推广。
