手术室供应室一体化运作中器械的管理

目的探讨手术室供应室一体化运作中有效的器械管理方法。方法收集该院2012年6月—2013年1月实施手术所用的组织钳、止血钳共2000件,将所有器械随机分为试验组和对照组。试验组器械由供应室专门负责全部工作流程,对照组器械由手术室护理人员负责清洗、消毒、包装、灭菌。结果试验组手术器械的清洗合格率为97.5%,灭菌合格率为98.5%;对照组手术机械的清洗合格率为85.5%,灭菌合格率为88%。结论实行手术室与供应室一体化运作管理手术器械可以有效地提高手术器械护理的合格率。

Equipment Management in the Integrated Operation of Operating Room and Supply Room

Objective To investigate the effective equipment management method in integrated operation of operating room and supply room.Methods A total of 2000 pieces of tissue forceps and hemostatic forceps for operation collected in our hospital from June,2012 to January,2013 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The instruments of the experimental group were cleaned,disinfected,packaged and sterilized by the supply room,while the instruments of the control group were disposed identically by the nursing staff of the operating room.Results The cleaning qualified rate and sterilization rate of the experimental group＇s instruments was 97.5% and 98.5%,respectively.And the cleaning qualified rate of the control group＇s instruments was 85.5%,the sterilization rate was 88%.Conclusion The implementation of integrated operation of equipment management in operating room and supply room can effectively improve the qualified rate of operation instruments care.
