富含单不饱和脂肪酸的坚果对高脂大鼠血脂水平的影响

摘    要:为研究富含单不饱和脂肪酸的坚果的调节血脂作用 ,观察了大杏仁、夏威夷果 (简称夏果 )对高脂大鼠血脂水平的影响。在高脂饲料中分别各加入 12 5 %、2 5 0 %的杏仁、夏果为高脂饲料杏仁低、高剂量组和高脂饲料夏果低、高剂量组 ,实验六周 ,测定血清中总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL C)的水平。结果表明 :杏仁、夏果组血清TC、TG水平均明显低于高脂饲料对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。夏果高剂量组大鼠血清HDL C水平明显高于高脂饲料对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。杏仁组和夏果高剂量组动脉硬化指数明显低于高脂饲料对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。提示 :富含单不饱和脂肪酸的杏仁、夏果具有调节高血脂大鼠血脂水平的作用

Abstract:In order to observe the regulatory effect of monounsaturated acid enriched almond and macadamia nuts on blood lipid level (TC, TG, HDL C), the hyperlipidemia Wistar rats were used as the model and a diet containing almond and macadamia at the doses of between 12 5% and 25 0% was given for six weeks. The results showed that the level of the serum TC and TG in each study group was significantly lower than that of high fat chow control group ( P <0 05). There was a significant increase ( P <0 05) in the serum HDL C level in the high fat chow group with high dose macadamias compared with that in the high fat chow control group. The findings suggested that nuts enrich in monounsaturated acid could decrease the level of serum TC and TG and macadamias could increased the level of serum HDL C in the hyperlipidemia rats.
