双腔右心室的诊断与外科治疗

报道了12例经手术证实的双腔右心室,男女各6例,平均年龄11.3岁.其中9例合并有室间隔缺损,仅3例单独存在.全部病人均在体外循环下施行矫正手术并取得满意效果.文章对本病的发病情况、临床表现、诊断方法及治疗体会进行了简要的讨论.

Diagnosis and Surgical Treatment of Double Chambered Right Ventricle

This paper reports 12 cases with double chambered right ventricles. There were 6 boys and 6 girls. The mean age was 11. 3 years. Among them,9 cases were associated with ventricular septal defects. Primary repair was done under cardiopulmonary bypass with satisfactory results. The diagnosis, clinical characteristics and the principle of treatment for this disease were discussed.
