| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨自拟泽苓逐瘀汤治疗肝硬化腹水的疗效。方法:回顾总结8年治疗46例符合1995年北京会议修订的肝硬化腹水标准的病人,全部使用中药泽苓逐瘀汤治疗60d,结束治疗后,随访10个月。结果:总有效率93.5%。结论:泽苓逐瘀汤科学实用,疗效高,肝功能恢复良好。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of the Zeling Zhuyu decoction on treating ascites due to cirrhosis.Methods:A retrospective summary of eight years of treating of 46 patients with ascites due to cirrhosis standard in line with the 1995 Beijing conference,all use the Zeling Zhuyu decoction for treatment 60 days,after the end of treatment,follow-up of 10 months.Results:The total efficiency was 93.5%.Conclusion:The Zeling Zhuyu decoction is scientific and practical,good recovery of liver function. |
