中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良50例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为两组。对照组50例,口服雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊、枸橼酸莫沙必利分散片与黛力新。治疗组50例,在对照组基础上加服补气运脾汤合越鞠丸。两组疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组50例,痊愈23例,显效19例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率96%;对照组50例,痊愈16例,显效10例,有效14例,无效10例,总有效率80%。两组比较有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:说明中西医结合治疗功能性消化不良疗效优于单纯西药,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation on treating 50 cases of functional dyspepsia in the integrative medicine

Objective: To observe the efficacy of treating functional dyspepsia in the integrative medicine. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 50 cases were treated with oral rabeprazole enteric-coated capsules, mosapride citrate dispersible tablets deanxit new. Treatment group of 50 cases, were given Buqi Yunpi decoction on the basis of control group. The treatment lasted four weeks. Results: The treatment group of 50 patients, cured 23 cases, 19 cases markedly ,effective in 6 cases, 2 cases invalid, the total efficiency of treatment group was 96%; control group of 50 cases, 16 cases recovered, 10 cases were markedly, effective in 14 cases, 10 cases were ineffective, The total efficiency was 80%. There was statistically significant between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Treating functional dyspepsia in the integrative medicine was more effective than western medicine alone, worthy of clinical application.
