儿童早期与父母分离对成年期人格影响的对照研究

目的探讨早期关键年龄段儿童与父母分离对成年后人格的影响。方法随机抽取广州某医学院18-25岁学生作为被试者,其中出生后6岁内与父母分离1年以上为研究组30例,无分离史作为对照组30例,采用明尼苏答人格量表（MMPI）、简易应对方式问卷评估两组被试,并进行对照,同时比较3岁前分离与4-6岁分离儿童成年后人格及应对方式的异同。结果两组MMPI各分值中疑病（Hs）、抑郁（D）、癔症（Hy）分之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。3岁前年龄段与4~6岁年龄段与父母分离的儿童成年后其人格MMPI分Pa、Sc分差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组应对方式差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,早期与父母分离的儿童成年后更易采取消极的应对方式,3岁前年龄段与4-6岁年龄段分离儿童成年后在应对方式上无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论早期关键年龄段儿童与父母分离对成年后人格及应对方式有一定的影响。

Separated from parents at the early critical development stage affecting individual personality in the adult period

Objective To explore the adult stage personality characteristic of children separated from their parents at the key early age stage.Methods A random sample of 18-25 year-old college students as subjects,of which the 30 students separated from their parents more than a year before six year-old as research group,and 30 ones without separation history as a control group,using MMPI,simple coping style questionnaire to evaluate the two groups of subjects,and comparing personality and coping style between the separated children before 3-years-old and the ones at 4-6 years-old stage.Results The scores of Hs,D,Hy in MMPI are significant different between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Pa,Sc scores are significant different between children separated from their parents before 3 years old and in 4-6 years old age stage（P〈0.05）;The coping style of the two groups are significant different（P〈 0.05）,the group separated from their parents at early age stage take more negative coping styles,and there are no significant difference between separated children before 3 years-old and ones at 4-6 years-old stage（P 〉0.05）.Conclusion Separated from their parents at the early critical development stage affect individual personality and coping styles in the adult period.
