| 摘 要： | 目的探讨自身免疫性抗体在风湿性疾病中的诊断价值及ll缶床意义。方法应用间接免疫荧光法测定抗角蛋白抗体（AKA）、抗核抗体（ANA）；ELISA法测定抗CCP抗体。结果类风湿性关节炎（RA）患者抗CCP抗体滴度明显高于其他自身免疫性疾病及健康对照组；类风湿性关节炎患者抗AKA抗体的阳性率高于其他自身免疫性疾病及健康对照组，健康对照组与病例组比较三种抗体均有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。抗CCP抗体、AKA与RA之间有相关性，ANA与RA之间无相关性。结论抗CCP抗体、AKA对RA具有一定的诊断价值，抗CCP抗体可视为RA的血清学诊断指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the correlations between autoimmune-antibodies and rheumatoid diseases.Methods The anti-CCP was detected by ELISA,and the anti-AKA,anti-ANA were tested by Indirect-Immunen-Flurocence methods.Results The concentrations of anti-CCP and anti-keratin antibody with RA patients were significantly higher than other rheumatoid systemic diseases and normal people.Conclusion Anti-CCP and anti-keratin antibody had a reasonable diagnosis value for RA. |
