| 摘 要： | 目的控制产后出血,减轻产妇痛苦,提高产科护理质量。方法将该院2003年1月～2004年12月经阴道分娩的产妇666例设为对照组,2005年1月～2006年8月经阴道分娩的产妇669例设为观察组。对照组在胎儿娩出后常规肌肉注射缩宫素20U;观察组在胎儿娩出后子宫底注射缩宫素20U加直肠给米索前列醇0·4mg。结果对照组发生产后出血9例。观察组无1例发生产后出血(P<0·05)。结论子宫底注射缩宫素加直肠给米索前列醇是预防产后出血的有效措施。

| Abstract: | Objective Control postpartum hemorrhage,reduces the parturient woman pain,improves obstetrics quality.Methods Supposes the observation group and the control group after the vagina childbirth parturient woman:in the control group,666 example embryo childbirth leaves the convention intramuscular injected oxytocin 20 units.In the observation group,669 example embryo childbirth leaves the fundus of uterus injected oxytocin 20 units combined with adding misoprostol 0.4 mg.Results Control group:postpartum hemorrhage 9 examples.Observation group:does not have example postpartum hemorrhage to occur,P<0.05.Conclusion The fundus of uterus injected oxytocin combined with adding misoprostol into rectum is the efficient measurement to prevent postpartum hemorrhage. |
