Anterior Cruciate Ligament Rehabilitation

Abstract

On November 28, 1994 this 35 year old male tore his right anterior cruciate ligament while playing basketball. The semitendinosis tendon was used as a graft for the anterior cruciate ligament. Six weeks after accelerated rehabilitation, the patient was ambulating without an assistive device and also without a knee brace for activities of daily living.
