| 摘 要： | 目的建立合适的药厂洁净区灭菌方法。方法比较传统灭菌方法和臭氧灭菌之间的优缺点,并检测洁净区臭氧浓度,验证臭氧灭菌效果。结果臭氧灭菌技术可以应用于药厂洁净区灭菌。结论臭氧灭菌技术的广泛应用具有良好前景。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a suitable sterilization method for clean areas of pharmaceutical plant. Methods To compare the advantages and disadvantages between the traditional and ozone sterilization method, and to detect the ozone concentration of the clean areas, and to verify the effect of ozone sterilization. Results Ozone sterilization can be used as sterilization method for clean areas of pharmaceutical plant. Conclusions Ozone sterilization technology has good prospects for wider application. |
