黄芪对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的神经功能保护和免疫调节作用

摘    要:目的]探讨黄芪对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的治疗及免疫调节作用。方法]HIE患儿50例,随机分为治疗组及对照组。两组常规治疗方法相同,治疗组加用黄芪注射液2mL·kg-1·d-1静脉滴注。观察治疗前后临床症状及体征改善时间、新生儿行为神经测定(NBNA)评分及外周血T淋巴细胞亚群变化。结果]治疗组临床症状恢复时间较对照组平均缩短1.4 d,两组比较差异有显著性意义(t=2.06,P<0.05)。NBNA评分第7天已显示治疗组优于对照组(t=2.18.P<0.05),第14天治疗组优势更明显(t=2.79,P<0.01)。治疗组第14天外周血T淋巴细胞亚群CD3、CD4回升,CD8下降,PCD4/PCDB比值恢复正常,与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论]黄芪用于治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病能缩短疗程,促进新生儿行为神经功能的恢复,减轻脑损伤,调节细胞免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of Radix Astragali on neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (NHIE) and to explore its immunoregulation.Methods] Fifty cases of NHIE were randomized to groups A and B. Both groups were given routine treatment and group A was treated with Radix Astragali injection additionally. Symptoms and signs, scoring of neonatal behavior neurological assay (NBNA) and subtypes of peripheral blood T lymphocyte were observed before and after treatment, Results] Time of symptom-sign disappearance was 1.4 d shorter in group A than that in group B (t = 2.06, P < 0.05); scoring of NBNA was higher in group A than that in group B (t = 2.18, P < 0.05) on the 7th day after treatment and much higher on the 14th day (t = 2.79, P < 0.01). Percentages of CD3 and CD4 subtypes of T lymphocyte were increased, CD8 percentage decreased and CD4/CD8 ratio became normal on the 14th day after treatment in the two groups; the above changes were more obvious in group A than those in group B ( P < 0.05). Conclusion ] In treating NHIE, Radix Astragali injection can shorten the treatment course, promote the recovery of NBNA, reduce brain damage and regulate cellular immune function.
