多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测临床应用研究

目的 探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统在肿瘤早期筛查及诊断中的应用价值.方法 应用多肿瘤蛋白芯片系统,对2014年01月～2016年11月在我院就诊患者40395例,健康体检者49795例,进行12种常见肿瘤标志物进行定量检测,并对结果进行统计分析.结果 49795例健康体检者标本中检出阳性4573例,阳性检出率9.20％,门诊就诊患者10109例,检出阳性2002例,阳性检出率19.80％,住院患者30286例,阳性检出10811例,阳性率为35.70％,三组间阳性检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 C12检测系统的多种肿瘤标志物联合检测是肿瘤高危人群筛查的一种手段.对于体检发现的某项指标升高人群,应进行全面的临床检查并跟踪随访.

The clinical applicative study on protein chip system for multi-tumor detection

Objective To study the clinical applicability of multi-tumor marker protein chip detection system (C-12) for early screening and diagnosis of tumors.Methods From Jan.2014 to Nov.2016,40 395 blood samples of tumor patients (including hospitalized patients and outpatients) and 49 795 blood samples of people receiving physical examination were collected.Twelve tumor markers in serum were measured by multitumor marker protein chip detective system.Results 4 573 samples with positive markers were detected in the 49795 health people,2002 positive samples in 10 109 outpatients and 10 811 positive samples in the hospitalized patients were found,The ratio of positive of these three groups were 9.18％,19.80％,and 35.70％ respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P ＜0.05).Conclusion Multi-tumor marker protein chip detection system can be applied as an effective screening method for people with the high risk of tumor development.
