浙江省天台县中小学生超重肥胖的流行现况

目的 了解浙江省天台县中小学生超重、肥胖的流行现状.方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,对天台县中小学生进行现场调查.测量身高、体重,计算体质量指数(BMI),根据《中国学龄儿童超重、肥胖筛查BMI值分类标准》判定学生超重、肥胖,对不同性别、年龄及城乡学生的超重肥胖情况进行比较.结果 共抽查天台中小学生10 595人,其中超重1 243人,超重率11.73％;肥胖952人,肥胖率8.99％;7岁学生的超重和肥胖检出率较高,7～12岁呈逐渐下降趋势(x2趋势=53.04,P＜0.01),12岁后肥胖超重总比例基本稳定在15％～18％(x2趋势=8.26,P＞0.05);男生超重和肥胖的检出率都显著高于女生(x2=124.63和38.00,P均＜0.01);城市中小学生的超重和肥胖的检出率高于乡村(x2=10.70和49.66,P均＜0.01).结论 本地区中小学生的肥胖发生率男生较女生更为严重,且超重和肥胖出现低龄化.

Overweight and obesity prevalence in primary and secondary school students in Tiantai County,Zhejiang Province

Objective To study the current epidemiological situation of overweight and obesity among primary and middle school students in Tiantai County,Zhejiang Province.Methods Stratified cluster random sampling was adopted for field investigation of primary and secondary school students in Tiantai County.Body height,weight and body mass index (BMI) were calculated,and overweight and obesity were diagnosed according to Classification Criterion of BMI for Overweight and Obesity of Chinese Preschool Children.Overweight and obesity were compared among students of different genders,ages,as well as in urban and rural areas.Results In all 10 595 students,the prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were 11.73％ (1 243 cases) and 8.99％ (952 cases),respectively.The total rate of overweight and obesity was high in students of 7 years old,and it decreased in students of 7-12 years old(x2trend=53.04,P＜0.01)and was stable at 15％-18％ in students over 12 years old(x2trend=8.26,P＞0.05).The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were higher in boys(x2=124.63 and 38.00,P both＜0.01) and in urban areas (x2=10.70 and 49.66,P both＜0.01).Conclusions The incidence of obesity in primary and middle school students in Tiantai is more serious in boys than in girls.Overweight and obesity appear at younger ages.
