改良持续膀胱冲洗装置和传统装置应用于前列腺等离子电切术后的疗效比较

目的 比较改良持续膀胱冲洗装置和传统装置应用于前列腺等离子电切术(PKRP)后的疗效.方法 选取本院行前列腺等离子电切术患者110例,随机分为实验组和对照组各55例.实验组患者采用改良装置进行持续膀胱冲洗,而对照组患者采用传统装置进行持续膀胱冲洗.记录并比较两组患者的不良症状发生情况、肠蠕动恢复时间、冲洗时间、冲洗液清亮时间、冲洗48 h后尿红细胞计数以及术前24 h和冲洗后72 h尿细菌培养情况等指标.结果 实验组患者不良症状发生情况显著优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).而两组患者的肠蠕动恢复时间、冲洗时间、冲洗液清亮时间、冲洗48 h后尿红细胞计数以及术前24 h和冲洗后72 h尿细菌培养等情况相似,差异均不具有统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 改良持续膀胱冲洗装置与传统装置相比有效降低了患者不良症状的发生率,且适用于所有前列腺等离子电切术后进行持续膀胱冲洗的患者.

Comparison of improved continuous bladder irrigation device and traditional device after plasmakinetic resection of prostate

Objective To comnpare the effect of improved continuous bladder irrigation device and traditional device after plasmakinetic resection of prostate(PKRP).Methods A total of 110 patients underwent PKRP who were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with each group 55 cases.The observation group was given improved continuous bladder irrigation device.The control group was given traditional device.The adverse symptoms,recovery time of bowel movement,time of irrigation,time of clear rinse solution,urinary red cell count after 48 h of washout and urine bacterial count 24 h before operation and after 72 h of washout in two groups were recorded and compared.Results The adverse symptoms of the observation group were better than those of the control group.The difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).The recovery time of bowel movement,time of irrigation,time of clear rinse solution,urinary red cell count after 48 h of washout and urine bacterial count 24 h before operation and after 72 h of washout in two groups were similar.The difference was not statistically significant (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Improved continuous bladder irrigation device compared with traditional device can effectively decrease the incidence of adverse symptoms and apply to patients with continuous bladder irrigation after PKRP.
