摘    要:目的 探讨宫颈癌组织中表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor,EGFR)和环氧合酶2(cyclooxygenase,COX-2)蛋白的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系.方法 采用免疫组化的方法分别检测正常宫颈、宫颈癌中EGFR和COX-2蛋白的表达.结果 EGFR和COX-2蛋白的在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率,均显著高于正常宫颈组织.EGFR和COX-2的阳性表达均与患者的年龄及肿瘤大小无关(P>0.05).多元生存分析显示,EGFR和COX-2是独立的预后因子,相对危险度分别为2.52(P=0.004)和1.88(P=0.039).结论 EGFR和COX-2在宫颈组织中的表达水平可能与肿瘤的发生、发展、浸润和转移密切相关,可作为宫颈癌恶性程度判断和预后的重要指标.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of the epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR) and cycloxy genase 2(COX-2) in cervical cancer,and their clinical effects.Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to analyze the expression of the EGFR and COX-2 in and normal cervical tissue and cervical cancer tissue.Results The positive rate of EGFR and COX-2 protein expression in cancer tissues were significantly higher than normal cervical tissue.EGFR and COX-2 expression are not related to the patient's age and tumor size (P > 0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that EGFR and COX-2 were independent prognostic factor and its relative risk were 2.52 (P =0.004) and 1.88 (P =0.039).Conclusion The expression levels of EGFR and COX-2 in cervical cancer tissue may be closely associated with the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis,which could be used as an important indicator of cervical malignancy and prognosis.
