摘    要:艾滋病是目前影响人类健康的严重传染病之一,由于HIV-1具有强大的免疫逃逸能力给临床治疗带来极大的困难.研究者们试图通过不同的治疗方案来控制HIV-1的复制,除了药物治疗外,近年来抗体治疗和生物工程技术治疗等进展迅速.此文对国内外艾滋病治疗方式的最新研究作一阐述.

Abstract:AIDS is one of the most serious infections in the world.The HIV-1 displays the powerful evasion from human immune system that causes great difficulty in clinical treatment.Researchers try to develop different treatment ways to prevent HIV-1 duplication.Except for drug treatment,antibody therapy and bioengineering technology therapy have been developed rapidly.The novel studies of AIDS treatment at home and abroad are reviewed in this article.
