腹膜透析液保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效观察

目的 观察腹膜透析液保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效.方法 90例慢性肾衰竭患者随机分为3组(治疗组、对照组1、对照组2),3组均用药物并低蛋白饮食等综合治疗,在此基础上,治疗组用腹膜透析液保留灌肠,对照组1用中药保留灌肠,对照组2用尿毒清颗粒保留灌肠.共观察4周,分别观察3组治疗前后的临床症状、血肌酐、尿素氮、血尿酸、血磷、血钾,来观察腹膜透析液保留灌肠治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效.结果 腹膜透析液保留灌肠对慢性肾衰竭患者临床症状缓解、肾功能改善、血磷、血钾水平维持优于中药保留灌肠及尿毒清保留灌肠,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两对照组间,各项指标差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 腹膜透析液保留灌肠较中药保留灌肠、尿毒清保留灌肠对慢性肾衰竭患者有更好的治疗效果,且简便易操作,是慢性肾衰竭有效的治疗方法.

Curative effect of peritoneal dialysis fluid retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure

Objectives To observe the clinical effect of peritoneal dialysis fluid retention enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods Ninety patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into 3 groups (treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2).The patients in the three groups were treated with drugs and low protein diet,and the patients in the treatment group were given peritoneal dialysis fluid retention enema,the patients in the control group 1 were given traditional Chinese medicine retention enema,and the patients in the control group 2 were given Uremic Clearance granule retention enema.Clinical symptoms,serum creatinine,urea nitrogen,serum uric acid,serum phosphorus,serum potassium were compared before and after treatment in the three groups for 4 weeks.Results Clinical symptoms remission,improvement in renal function and serum phosphorus,serum potassium levels maintain of peritoneal dialysis fluid retention enema were superior to the traditional Chinese medicine retention enema and Uremic Clearance granule retention enema for patients with chronic renal failure,the difference was statistically significant (P ＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the various indicators between the two control groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Peritoneal dialysis fluid retention enema has higher efficacy than traditional Chinese medicine retention enema and Uremic Clearance granule retention enema for patients with chronic renal failure,it is a safety and effective method for chronic renal failure.
