左卡尼汀对尿毒症行维持性血液透析患者营养状况和心功能的影响

目的 探讨左卡尼汀对尿毒症行维持性血液透析(maintenance hemodialysis,MHD)患者营养状况和心功能的影响.方法 选取本院收治的58例尿毒症行MHD患者为研究对象,以随机数表抽取法分为对照组与治疗组各29例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用左卡尼汀注射液治疗,观察并比较两组患者营养状况和心功能影响.结果 两组治疗后,治疗组营养状况以及心功能各项指标均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 在尿毒症行MHD患者的透析过程中,给予左卡尼汀治疗,可有效改善营养状况和心功能状态,且安全性较好,具有显著的临床应用价值.

Effects of L-carnitine on nutritional status and cardiac function in maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia

Objectives To investigate the effects of L-carnitine on nutritional status and cardiac function in maintenance hemodialysis patients with uremia.Methods Fifty-eight uremic patients underwent hemodialysis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 29 cases of each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy, while the treatment group was treated with levocarnitine injection on the basis of therapy method of control group.The effects of L-carnitine injection on the nutritional status and cardiac function between the two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment, the nutritional status and cardiac function of the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions L-carnitine can effectively improve nutritional status and cardiac function state in hemodialysis patients during uremic dialysis,it has good safety and significant clinical value.
