前列腺癌中p53和PTEN的表达对于临床分级及预后判断的作用分析

摘    要:目的 探讨前列腺癌中p53和PTEN的表达对于临床分级及预后判断的作用.方法 采用免疫组织化学检测80例前列腺癌组织和癌旁组织以及40例正常组织中PTEN和p53蛋白表达水平,比较其表达水平和前列腺癌分级、预后等病理参数关系.结果 前列腺癌组织中p53表达率显著升高(P<0.05),PTEN表达率显著降低(P<0.05).不同分化程度、分期、转移和预后的癌组织中PTEN表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).不同分化程度和预后的癌组织中p53表达水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).p53和PTEN表达水平无相关性(P>0.05).结论 凋亡相关基因p53和PTEN参与到了前列腺癌的分级并因此影响了患者的预后,但两者间无相关性.

Influence of apoptosis-related gene p53 and PTEN expression levels on grading and prognosis of prostate cancer
Abstract:Objectives To study the influence of apoptosis-related gene p53 and PTEN expression levels on grading and prognosis of prostate cancer.Methods Immunohistochemistry were applied to study the expression of p53 and PTEN in 80 cases prostate cancer tissue and paracancer tissue,40 cases healthy control.The relationships between the expression level and pathologic characteristics were compared in different grade and prognosis cancer tissues.Results The expression rate of p53 was significantly higher in prostate cancer tissue and PTEN was significantly lower than paracancer tissue and healthy control(P < 0.05).There was a significant difference of p53 expression rate between prostate cancer tissue with different differentiation grade and prognosis (P < 0.05).There was a significant difference of PTEN expression rate between prostate cancer tissue with different differentiation grade,lymph node metastasis and prognosis(P < 0.05).There was no significant correlation between p53 expression and PTEN expression(P >0.05).Conclusions p53 and PTEN gene participate the differentiation grade which affect the prognosis of prostate cancer,but there is no significant correlation between p53 expression and PTEN expression.
