| 摘 要： | 肿瘤标志物的联合检测为肿瘤的筛查和早期诊断带来了新的发展机遇.寻找具有较高灵敏度和特异性的肿瘤标志物一直是肿瘤研究领域的热点之一.随着分子生物学、免疫学诊断技术的飞速发展,通过多种检测技术的联合应用,互相补充,以实现对肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗.

| Abstract: | Combined detection of tumor markers has brought new opportunities for screening and early diagnosis of tumor.Looking for the high sensitivity and specificity of tumor marker(TM) has always been one of the hotspots in the field of cancer research.With the development of the techniques of molecular biology and immunologic diagnosis,the combined use of multiple detection techniques will provide effective measures for the early diagnosis of tumor. |
