摘    要:目的:研究主成分分析法在人参皂苷薄层色谱分离中的应用。方法:以主成分分析法对人参皂苷在6种不同展开剂下的薄层色谱保留行为进行分析。评价展开剂,并由分析结果选择了色谱分离机理互补的两展开剂。优化人参皂苷的薄层色谱二维分离。结果:人参皂苷薄层色谱二维分离得到了较好的分离结果。结论:本法可用于其他药物尤其是复杂中药的薄层色谱分离。

Abstract:Objective; To study the application of PCA(main - component analysis) to the TLC separation of insenosides. Method; Six mobile phases which have been achieved by systematical optimization were evaluated by PCA, two of them that were reciprocal in separation were chosen to realize the optimized separation of ginsenosides in two - dimensional TLC. Results; The separation of ginsenosides in two -dimensional TLC was preferable. Conclusion; The method can be used for TLC separation of Chinese traditional medicine with complecated constituents.
