房颤与心房大小的相关性研究

本研究测定房颤和窦性心律的风心病二尖瓣狭窄、冠心病及特发性房颤5组病人的左右心房直径,并与健康组对照及作组间对比分析。对心房大小和有关影响因素,包括年龄、房颤、二尖瓣口直径,PEP/LVET、CI作单相关分析和多元回归分析。结果提示:冠心病组与风心病二狭组的左右心房直径与年龄,PEP/LVET、房颤呈正相关,与CI呈负相关,与二尖瓣口大小前者无显著相关,后者呈负相关。多元标准回归方程则显示:房颤是促进心房增大的主要因素,房颤和心房增大互为因果关系;而在不同的心脏疾病中房颤等诸因素对心房大小的影响所占比重大同。

Study of the relation between atrial fibrillation and atrial enlorgement

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of atrial fibrillation on the sizes |of the left and right atria in the patients who suffered from mitral valve stenosis, coronary artery disease or atrial fibrillation. In the patients with atrial fibrillation the left and the right atrium became larger than in the patients with sinus rhythm or patients in normal conditions.Single relative analysis showed that atrial enlargement was related to the factors including age, atrial fibrillation, the state of mitral valve stenosis, PEP LVET, CI. and so on. Multiple regression analysis showed that atrial fibrillation in different diseases had different effect on the size of atrium. It is suggested that atrial fibrillation is an important factor that affects the atrial enlargement. Atrial enlargement perpetuates atrial fibrillation and atrial fibrillation contributes to a further enlargement of the left and right atria.
