| 摘 要： | 目的探讨显微手术治疗重症高血压脑出血的方法。方法总结分析138例采用骨瓣开颅显微镜下手术治疗重症高血压脑出血的经验。结果恢复良好38例(27·54%),中残55例(39·86%),重残17例(12·32%),死亡28例,死亡率20·29%。结论骨瓣开颅显微镜下手术是治疗重症高血压脑出血的有效治疗方法,既减压充分又创伤小。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the way to treat severely hypertensive cerebral-hemorrhage by microsurgery. Methods To summarize the experience of 138 cases of severely hypertensive cerebral-hemorrhage through bone craniectomy under microscope.Results Significant improvement in 38 patients post-operatively without severe complications(27.54%),mildly injuried 55 cases(39.86%),severely injuried 17 cases (12.32%),death 28 cases(20.29%).Conclusions Bone craniectomy operation under microscope is an effective theraputic method for hypertensive cerebral-hemorrhage.It has not only good decompressive effectiveness. but also minimal cerebral tissue trauma. |
