| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨直接冠状动脉内支架术治疗冠心病(CHD)疗效。方法:对121例CHD置入冠脉内支架的连续观察病例进行分析。结果:121例CHD患者中,梗塞相关血管为左前降支72例,左回旋支17例,右冠状动脉32例。共置入3种支架合计121个。术后残余狭窄程度由术前78.3%±6.7%降至术后2.45%±5.96%。手术成功率98.34%。结论:在所选择的患者中,直接冠状动脉内支架治疗是有效的,早期效果好而且可降低再梗塞发生率,并明显减少再次的靶血管血运重建。

| Abstract: | Objective :To evaluate the efficiency of primary intracoronary stenting in coronary hear disease(CHD) patients.Methods:Twenty-one patients who undergone successful intracoronary stenting were analyzed.Results :Among these patients,there were 98 males and 23 females,age 43 to 65 years with an average of 58.5.Infact-related arteries(IRA) were LAD in 72 patients,LCX in 17 and RCA in 32.One hundred and twenty-one stents of 3 kind were implanted.Residual stenosis deceased from(78.3 ±6.7%) to(2.45 ± 5.96%).Success rate of the procedure was 98.34%.Conclusion:Primary intracoronary stenting might be an efficient therapeutic procedure which could reduce the occurrence of CHD and revascularization of the IRA. |
