肥胖型糖尿病血脂及血液流变学的研究

对58例糖尿病患者的甘油三酯、胆固醇、血液流变学观察,结果32例肥胖型糖尿病患者上述三项指标均高于非肥胖型糖尿病(P<0.01),其中25例合并冠状动脉供血不足,17例合并高血压,23例合并脂肪肝;其甘油三酯、胆固醇水平及合并大血管、微血管病变发生率明显高于非肥胖型(P<0.01);血液粘度增高,血流流态、流速改变等程度,亦以肥胖型更严重.

Study on Blood - lipid and Blood Rheology of Fat Diabetes

In this paper, observations were made of triglyceride, cholesterol and blood rheolo-gy in 58 patients with diabetes. The results showed that the above indices of 32 fat diabetes patients were higher than those of the rest(P<0.01) .Of them, 25 complicated with coronary insufficiency, 17 with hypertension and 23 with fatty liver. The levels of triglyceride and cholesterol and the incidence of pathological changes of great vessels and micragium in the former were significantly higher than those in the latter.
