妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症胎盘功能改变机制探讨

妊娠肝内胆汁淤积症(ICP)是一种可引起胎儿不良结局的妊娠并发症,其发病机制在进一步研究中。许多研究认为ICP患者胎盘功能的改变与胎儿不良结局密切相关。本文从雌激素水平和雌激素受体,胎盘血管舒缩因子的失衡,血管内皮生长因子和表皮生长因子受体表达,免疫因素等方面在胎盘功能改变中起的作用进行综述。

Research about mechanism of Placental Function Changes in Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy

Intrshepatic cholestasis of pregnancy is a kind of pregnant complication that can cause poor outcpme of of fetus. Its pathogenesis is still under further study. Many scholars deemed that there is a closed relationship between the changes of placental function and poor outcome of fetus. This article summarized the effect of many aspects in the changes of placental function including the level of estrogen and estrogen recptor, the unbalance of placental vascular relax-contract factors, the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and epidermal growth factor recptor, the immune factor and so on.
