| 摘 要： | 目的 报告6例经腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术初步经验并探讨手术方法及疗效。方法 用后腹腔镜切除拔术治疗5例肾上腺肿瘤所致的原醛症及1例肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤。结果 6例手术时间45—120分钟，无严重并发症，血压及血钾均恢复正常。结论 后腹腔镜手术创伤小，恢复快，住院时间短，体现了微创外科原则。

| Abstract: | Objective To report the primary experience of retroperitoneal laparoscopic adrenalectomy of 5 patients with primary aldosteronism and one with pheochromocytoma.Methods By means of the retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery, the six patients were received adrenalectomy.Results The procedures lasted 45-120 minutes without serious complications and the postoperative levels of blood pressure and serumal potassium were recovered to normal shortly.Conclusions The retroperitoneoscopic surgery presents the principal of minimally invasive,more rapid recovery and shorter postoperative hospital stay. |
