Kadsurae coccinea on Experimental Hepatic Fibrosis in Rats |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of Kadsurae coccinea on preventing experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats.Method:The animal model of hepatic fibrosis in rats was made with CCl 4, rich fat and poor protein.The effect of Kadsurae coccinea on liver function,hydroxyproline(Hyp)content of liver tissue and the pathological tissue changes were observed,and compared with the Bifendate pills group.Results:Kadsurae coccinea could obviously decrease the serum activity of ALT,AST,increase the serum Alb,reduce the amount of Hyp of the liver,protect the liver cells and prevent hyperplasia or the liver collagan fibre.Conclusion:Kadsurae coccinea is good at reducing enzyme,protecting liver and preventing the hepatic fibrosis. |
