摘    要:20世纪60-70年代国外在外科临床教学工作中,已经开始使用模拟病人。近年来人们对SP的应用更加重视,国内也有很多医科院校开展SP的实践应用,大量实践已经证明,SP对于学生沟通交流和外科操作技能的训练是非常有效的。目前,除大学教育外,还逐渐用于住院医师的训练和评估,且随着SP应用的逐步深入和广泛,其将逐渐显示出在临床教学上的意义和重要性。

Abstract:In the 1960s and 1970s, the standardized patient (SP) was applied in surgery clinical teaching abroad. In recent years, people in our country pay increasing attention to the application of SP, and many medical schools have carried out SP application. Practice has proved that SP is very useful for students to communicate and train in surgery clinical skills. At present, SP is not only used for teaching students, but also for the training and assessment of residents in hospital. With deeper and wider application of SP, it will surely be used widely and play an important role in clinical teaching.
