微量输注泵在外科手术后持续镇痛的效果观察

目的 :观察微量输液泵在外科手术后硬膜外持续镇痛的效果。方法 :随机将 10 5例外科术后患者分为两组 ,实验组用镇痛泵持续镇痛 ,对照组用常规间断肌注杜冷丁镇痛。结果 :两组术后 1h、 2 4h内镇痛效果差异有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,两组患者在 2 4h内睡眠时间与肛门排气时间差异亦有高度显著性 (P <0 0 1) ,两组的呼吸频率、心率、血压、血氧饱和度等差异无显著性。结论 :术后用微量镇痛泵镇痛效果优于常规肌注药物 ,且安全、持续有效。

Observation on the effect of microelectric pump infusion in postoperative continuous analgesia

Objective:To observe the effect of microelectric pump infusion in postoperative continuous epidural analgesia.Method:105 postoperative patients were randomly divided into two groups,observed group received continuous epidural analgesia by microelectric pump infusion and control group received dolantin analgesia by intramuscular injection.Result:There was significant difference in the effect of analgesia in 1 hour and 24 hours after using(P<0.01).There was significant difference in 24h sleep time after operation(P<0.01).There was significant difference in anus venting(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in BR,HR,BP,SPO 2 and so on.Conclusion:The effect of analgesia by microelectric pump infusion is better than that of the routine way,it is a kind of safe,continuous,effective analgesia way after operation.
