580例胎儿窘迫的诊断指标及相关因素探讨

目的 探讨胎儿窘迫的诊断指标及相关因素。方法 分析580例以胎儿窘迫为指征行剖宫产病例，把握胎儿窘迫的不同诊断指标进行分组比较，统计其新生儿窒息率及胎儿窘迫相关因素百分率，并统计各胎儿窘迫相关因素的百分比。结果 ①胎儿窘迫诊断指标项目的增多检出的新生儿窒息率和胎儿窘迫相关因素百分比也相应升高；②胎儿窘迫的主要相关因素为脐带因素、羊水过少、胎盘因素等。结论 ①胎儿窘迫应采取多指标来诊断；②对于有胎儿窘迫相关因素者，应密切监护，积极处理，适时行剖宫产术。

Methods Analyze 580 cases with indication of fetal distress undergoing cesarean sectionnuary,compare the different diagnostic criteria by group,and statisti from Ja cs the rate of neonatal asphyxia and the related factors of fetal distress, Results The higher the rate of neonatal asphyxia and related factors of fetal distress,the higher the rate of diagnostic criteria of fetal distress. The main factors of fetal distress are ： abnormality of umbilical cord,oligo-hydramnios, and placenta abnormality, Conclusion ①Fetal distress should be diagnosed with multiple criteria. ②Fetal distress with related indications should be monitored closely and proactively,and timely performing cesarean section.
