| 摘 要： | 目的 ]评估心理干预措施对维持性血液透析病人心理健康的影响。 方法 ]对 2 5例维持性血液透析病人进行心理干预 ,用SCL -90自评量表对干预前后的健康状况进行评价 ,并与国内常模组进行比较。结果 ]心理干预前后维持性血液透析病人SCL -90评分有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 1) ,且干预后与国内常模组相比无统计学意义 (P >0 .1)。结论 ]心理干预可显著改善维持性血液透析病人的心理健康状况。

| Abstract: | Objective:to evaluate the influence of psychological intervention on mental health of patients undergoing maintenance of hemodialysis. Method: a total of 25 patients undergoing maintenance of hemodialysis were given psychological intervention,and their health conditions were evaluated by filling out SCL-90 scales before and after intervention, then compared it with that of domestic conventional models.Result: there is a difference in terms of SCL-90 scoring of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis between before and after psychological intervention(P<0.001). However, there was no difference compared SCL-90 scores of patients after intervention with domestic conventional models (P>0.1).Conclusion: psychological intervention could improve mental health of patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis remarkably. |
