| 摘 要： | 腹腔注射超氧化物歧化酶(从猪红细胞中提取,SOD)20、50或100mg/kg,明显降低小鼠耳的毛细血管通透性(P<0.05,P<0.001)。腹腔注射SOD50、100或150mg/kg,可减轻角叉菜聚糖所致大鼠足跖肿胀(P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.001、腹腔注射SOD_(50)、100mg/kg可抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿(P<0.05,P<0.01)。上述结果提示SOD可能有抑制急性或慢性炎症作用。

| Abstract: | Intraperitoned(I. P.) injection of superoxide dismutase (SOD, extracte from red cell of the pigs) at a dose of 25, 50 or 100mg/kg, respectively could reduce the permeability of the auricula blood vessels in mice(P<0.05, P>0.001).Administration of SOD at a dose of 50,100 or 150mg/kg, respectively renders to alleviate the swelling of rat plantar pedis induced by carragenin(P<0.05, P<0.01, P<0.001). I. P. injection of SOD at 50, 100mg/kg also inhibits hyperplasia of the granuloma induced by cotton ball in rats (P<0.05, P<0.01). These results are suggested that SOD might have an inhibitory action in the acute or chronic inflammatory process. |
