富硒丹参与丹参有效成分的含量比较

摘    要:目的:比较富硒丹参与丹参有效成分的含量。方法:用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)对富硒丹参与丹参中的丹参素和丹参酮ⅡA的含量进行测定。结果:脂溶性成份丹参酮ⅡA含量富硒丹参比丹参高出约2.7倍,水溶性成份丹参素的含量富硒丹参比丹参高出约3倍。结论:富硒栽培丹参,可以提高丹参有效成份的含量。

Abstract:Objective:Comparing Se-enriched Salvia miltiorrhiza and Salvia miltiorrhiza content of effective components.Methods:A high performance liquid chromatographic method determination.Results:In Se-enriched Salvia miltiorrhiza fat-soluble components TanshinoneⅡA content of about 2.7times higher than in Salvia miltiorrhiza;In Se-enriched Salvia miltiorrhiza water-soluble components Danshensu content of about 3 times higher than in Salvia miltiorrhiza.Conclusion:Se-enriched cultivating Salvia miltiorrhiza can improve the content of active ingredients in Salvia miltiorrhiza.
