北沙参蒸法软化工艺的研究

目的:探讨北沙参蒸法软化的最佳炮制工艺。方法:以北沙参粗多糖、水浸出物、醇浸出物为含量指标,采用正交试验设计研究北沙参蒸法软化工艺的3个关键因素蒸前洗涤次数(A)、蒸制时间(B)和蒸后润制方式(C)对成品质量的影响,优选北沙参蒸法软化的技术参数。结果:蒸制时间(B)是药材软化的关键因素,影响程度大小顺序为B>A>C,但蒸前洗涤次数(A)和蒸后润制方式(C)对结果没有显著影响。结论:北沙参蒸法软化切制工艺为:北沙参用常水短暂洗涤,蒸15～20min,取出,晾润或盖润,切段,干燥。

Investigation on the Softening Technology of Steaming Method about Radix Glehniae

Objective：To explore the best processing technology of steaming method to soft Radix Glehniae.Methods：With polysaccharide of Radix Glehniae、Water extract and Alcohol extract as experement index,using orthogonal experiment to study the impact of three key factors the number of washing before steaming（A）,steaming time（B） and the method of moistening after steaming（C） on the quality of finished products in the softening technology of steaming method about Radix Glehniae,and optimize the technical parameters about the softening technology of steaming method about Radix Glehniae.Results：Steaming time（B） is the key factor in softening medicine,the order of the impact degree is B A C,but the number of washing before steaming（A） and the method of moistening after steaming（C） had no significant effection on the results.Conclusion：The processing technology of steaming method to soft Radix Glehniae was as follows：Radix Glehniae was briefly washed with ordinary water,steamed 15~20min in steaming container,removed,airing moistening or covered moistening,cut into section and screen out debris,dried in the sun.
