摘    要:目的评价“扮亲法”对学龄前儿童术前配合程度的影响。方法眼科手术学龄前(4~6岁)患儿300例,随机均分为术前扮亲法组(R组)、诱导期家长陪同组(P组)和对照组(C组)。改良耶鲁围术期焦虑量表(mYPAS)于术前访视、入手术室、诱导时3个时间点测量儿童的焦虑水平,诱导期合作评分(ICC)评价患儿合作程度。结果患儿R组焦虑低于P组(P<0.05)、C组(P<0.01),合作评分R组高于P组(P<0.05)、C组(P<0.01)。结论“扮亲法”能降低学龄前儿童术前焦虑水平,更好配合手术。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of playing a relative role on preschool children' preoperative collaboration. Methods 300 child patients were randomly divided into three groups: group R(playing a relative role group),group P(parental present during induction of anesthesia group) and group C(control group).The anxiety level were tested by MYPAS(modified Yale preoperative anxiety scale) at 3 time points: days before operation,enter operating room,anesthesia induction.The cooperative levels during the anesthesia induction were tested by ICC(induction compliance checklist).Results Children in group R showed lower anxiety level and better cooperation when walking into the operating room and during the anesthesia induction than that in P group(P<0.05) and C group(P<0.01).Conclusions Playing a relative role to children can lower the anxiety level and gain their cooperation.
