血糖测定的影响因素研究

目的研究己糖激酶法和葡萄糖氧化酶法测定血液血糖含量时的干扰因素及其影响程度。方法应用己糖激酶法和葡萄糖氧化酶法试剂盒对临床标本进行血糖的测定，观察其时间反应曲线，同时测定其它24项常用生化示，分析对血糖测定产生干扰的物质及其影响程度。结果通过对临床标本的测定，我们发现体内的代谢产物对己糖激酶法血糖测定产生两种干扰，一种是在胆红素增高时伴随的快速干扰，一种是在革些病理情况下产生的慢反应干扰。结论血糖测定是临床最常用的检测指标，准确测定血糖浓度对指导临床治疗非常重要，所以研究血糖测定的干扰因素是非常有意义的。

The study of inference factors on glucose determination

Objectlve To study the inference factrors and their influence magnitude in the determination of glucose by hexoldnase and oxidase method.Methods Serum glucose samples were detemined by hexokinase and oxidase method,while 24 other routine biochemistry items were detected at the same time. Results There are two kinds of inference in glucose detennination by metabolic products, one is rapid reaction happened at diseases with high bilinrubin concentration; another is slow reaction concomitant with some clinical conditions. Conclusion Glucose is one of the most common used clinical items, accurately determination of glucose is very important to patient therapy, so the study of inference factors in glucose detcmination is of clinical significance.
