倍他乐克治疗高血压无症状性心肌缺血的临床研究

目的为了观察倍他乐克治疗高血压无症状性心肌缺血的临床效果.方法按WHO标准确诊为原发性高血压I～I期.应用Holter监测筛选有SMI住院患者30例,接受本法治疗前l周,停服其他抗高血压药,之后每日分两次服用倍他乐克25～100mg.每周测血压3次.取均值调整药物剂量,4周为1疗程.结果降压疗效30例中显效21例(70%),有效5例(17%)@总有效率87%(26/30).治疗前后血压变化有显著性差异(P

CLINICAL RESEARCH ON THE USE OF B-LOC FOR THE TREATMENT OF SILENT MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA CAUSED BY HYPERTENSION

Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of B-loc in the treatment of silent myocardial ischemia caused by hypertension. Methods 30 cases, who were diagnosed to have primary hypertension in stage I~II according to WHO standards, were found to be suffering from silent myocardial ischemia (SMI) through Holter monitering. The patients stopped taking other hypotensors a week before they were given Bloc 25~100mg bid. Blood pressure was measured 3 times a week and the dosage of Bloc was regulated accordingly taking 4 weeks as a therapeutic course. Results 21 out of 30 cases (70%) resulted in significant effectiveness and 5 (17%) enjoyed moderate effectiveness and the total effective rate was 87%.The changes in blood pressure before and after the treatment showed significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusion Bloc, in the treatment of hypertension combined with SMI, can reduce blood pressure effectively, improve coronary blood supply and decrease SMI attack and be helpful to prevent sudden cardiac death.
